Challenge: Today, our challenge is to lift Enchantment Theatre Company to a higher level, to make our vision for the future a reality tomorrow. We, the members of Enchantment Theatre Company’s staff and board, accept that challenge and are excited to announce our plan for the future. We have crafted a new five-year Strategic Plan, developed a comprehensive, multi-year plan to secure the resources necessary to implement that vision; and established new community partnerships within the region to support Enchantment Everywhere – portable productions that reach new neighborhoods in the city and surrounding counties.
